I made these cookies on Christmas Eve. I had found a recipe in a book and thought I would try them. Everyone loved them!

Trevor has wanted a remote control boat for quite some time. I finally found this one here.
He picked it out before Christmas so already knew of it. The funny thing was I forgot this gift and a few more in the closet. We were almost done opening gifts and Tim asked where the sailboat was. So... I ran to the bedroom to get the rest of the gifts. Oops!!!!

Hey!! I was so glad to find y'all had a blog. I really enjoyed seeing y'all's pics and looking at all the fun posts.
Your candy cane cookies look yummy. We had a similar recipe that we had thought of trying, but I made so many new recipes this year, that I didn't get to that one.
