Help in the kitchen

Today I decided to make some cookies and Tanner and Alexis wanted to help. Sometimes I let the kids help and other times I don't. So today I let them help. I'm glad that I did because I got so many laughs from them. They wanted to taste everything. So I was in a mood to let them do it. The first thing was vanilla. This picture is actually a fake one. They had already tasted it and made awful faces and started spitting. so we reinacted it. They also tasted baking soda and did not like that either!

Here is Alexis tasting melted unsweetened chocolate.

That chocolate is awful!!!!

Licking the beeters. Now this taste good.

The finished product. We made some without frosting because Tim likes them without frosting.

I enjoyed having the kids help me in the kitchen today. I had lots of laughs and fun. Thanks kids.

Hey Connie. So good to see you are getting back to some kind of order after the hurricanes gave you so much grief. We are in camp meeting here at HS and I saw Carry tonight with all her kids. Also, Marvin and Wilma and Ray Ash and wife are here. I don't know if you remember Pennee and Brian Coffman (Penn is a Massey) are here along with her sister Tina and family. Wish you could be here. I know you must be quite busy there. God bless.
